Stripe 2 Registration Form Update

Formidable Forms - When a Stripe payment is successful on the Stripe Payment form I want the Status on the Registration form to be updated to Paid

doesn’t work, error on global $wpdb; I don’t know how to fix this
• Have status on Registration Form #2 automatically update Status field 146 to Paid when a person that is logged in and completes the Stripe Form #22. The Status field on this form #1123 is updated to Paid when the Stripe gets the payment.
