MemberPress: Override VAT Tax for the UK

By default, UK is included in the list of VAT countries in MemberPress. Thus, when VAT is enabled in MemberPress tax settings, and merchant VAT country set to any EU country, UK-base users will be charged the 20% tax on membership price, similar to other EU countries.

Adding this code snippet will exclude UK from the VAT taxes, treating it the same as non-EU country. This means that UK-based users won’t be charged VAT tax when purchasing memberships.
